Privacy notice
What this website records when you visit it, and how we handle the emails you send us. A full Privacy Policy will be published before the website offers any forms.
Who we are
Construction & Development Co. one person company runs this website. Address: 7970 King Abdulaziz Ibn Abdulrahman Saud St., King Fahd District, Riyadh 12274-4100. Email: info@c-d.sa.
What our server records
The website runs on a server we manage in Oracle Cloud's data centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It does not record your IP address, the pages you open or your browser. Our server keeps no log of visits. Error reports from the website software contain no details about visitors.
Cookies and analytics
The website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Staff who sign in to the C&D Portal receive cookies that keep them signed in and remember their language and theme; they are necessary for the portal, used for nothing else, and the sign-in ends when they sign out or after 7 days at most. Staff who sign in with a passkey (Face ID, a fingerprint or Windows Hello) have their face or fingerprint checked by their own phone or computer; it never reaches us, and the portal keeps only a public key. Everything the website shows, text, images and fonts, comes from our server, not from other companies. Your choice between the dark and the bright theme is remembered in your own browser only (local storage, “cd-site-theme”, until you clear your browser’s data) and is never sent to us.
When you email us
Email links on this website open your own email program. Messages you send to our addresses, such as info@c-d.sa, reach our company email, provided by Google Workspace, which may store messages on servers outside Saudi Arabia. We use your message and address only to reply to you and deal with your request.
Links to other websites
Links such as “Open in Google Maps” take you to other websites, where their own privacy terms apply.
