How we deliver a works package
Review and price.
We read the drawings, specifications and bill of quantities, and price each element at a clear unit rate.
Plan the pours.
Pour sequence, formwork and shoring design, and crew plan agreed with the main contractor before mobilisation.
Set out and build.
Survey control and laser levels on every element; reinforcement checked before every pour.
Measure and report.
Hours and quantities recorded daily, so progress and cost per cubic metre are known while the work is under way.
